I am a recruitment consultant in Dubai and i am currently recruiting for a local holding groups’ FMCG branch of the business that is looking to increase their market share within eggs by opening a layer farm in Saudi Arabia.
My Client is looking for experienced candidates who would be suitable for the role of Business Unit Manager.

The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:

* Being responsible for the establishment of my clients egg business in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The operation will source eggs from farms in Saudi and quality check, grade, process, package and despatch to clients in the GCC

The ideal candidate for this position will have 8 – 15yrs of proven experience in a commercial role in the poultry industry, posess strong negotiation skills and a commercial mindset. This role will also evolve into P&L operation and will form part of a significant and growing part of my clients business over time.
