Our client is an independent mill supplying a key poultry producer in the South West.
Our range of products covers standard through to organic diets. We are committed to feed quality and poultry performance.
We seek an experienced person to join the team as Operations Director. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role is to manage all aspects of the feed mill including staff, production, logistics, engineering and customer service. Additionally the person will be responsible for project management and trade development.
The preferred requirements for this position would be proven experience in animal feed milling, nutrition and the poultry industry.
You will need to be a highly motivated individual, with good analytical and good interpersonal skills and be focused on quality, service and efficiency and be able to build excellent customer relationships.
The rewards will be negotiable and will reflect the importance of the role.
