Broiler Production Specialist
at Los Banos Poultry in Los Banos, Laguna, Philippines
Responsibilities:
Ensured that the broiler production efficiency standards set by the company were attained by the contract growers. Conducted farm visits regularly to monitor flock health status and to check if weekly performance of flocks were within the standards. Provided reports on a weekly basis. Collected and submitted blood serum for titer monitoring and other specimen for laboratory analyses. Gave technical lectures and seminars occasionally to farm personnel. Represented the company by entertaining queries of contract growing applicants for the operation. Coordinated with the other departments having concerns with us such as the Logistics Department and the Finance Department.
Qualifications:
Technically equipped. Many years of working experience in the field of poultry production. Highly capable to communicate orally & in writing through English language.
Job Description:
Visit at least once a week each contract grower farm and extend quality technical assistance to its workers and staff. Exert all efforts to improve or at least meet the performance targets in an assigned area.
