Big Dutchman acquires Poultry Management Systems

Big Dutchman, a manufacturer of poultry and pig production equipment, has acquired Poultry Management Systems Inc. (PMSI), according to a press release from Big Dutchman.

PMSI, a manufacturer of computer controls for the egg production industry, will continue to operate as a fully independent company.

"The similarities between Big Dutchman and PMSI led us to make this acquisition," says Clovis Rayzel, president of Big Dutchman, "PMSI and Big Dutchman share common values such as being customer driven, solutions oriented, and forward thinking."
